Annual Highlights 2023-24:

In the financial year 2023-24, we continued to expand our impact through a diverse range of programs that have directly benefited hundreds of individuals. Our annual report showcases the following key achievements:

• Empowering Women through Skilling Programs: We have successfully trained over 600 women in tailoring and agricultural skills, with a special emphasis on incorporating modern technologies like drone handling into their agricultural practices.

• Sustainable Agriculture Practices: Through partnerships with local Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), we have promoted the adoption of smart agro-ecology practices, benefiting smallholder farmers and enhancing productivity while reducing environmental impact.

• Employment Generation and Upskilling: We ran various skill development initiatives in collaboration with government bodies, providing training in textiles, beauty and wellness, and agricultural technologies. A significant number of trainees have either started their own enterprises or found employment in relevant industries.

• Community and Cultural Programs: In addition to skill development, we have organized cultural programs aimed at preserving traditional values while promoting social cohesion. This includes successful events such as Dindi and Kirtans for the elderly, and awareness programs around menstrual health and hygiene.
